- This application will be reviewed only when accompanied
by payment in full of the applicable damage deposit. The
damage depsoit is equal to one month's rent. The damage
deposit will be returned if this application is rejected
by Lion's Gate. If this application is accepted, the Undersigned
Persons represent and agree that all tenants listed above
will sign and deliver the Lease Agreement to Lion's Gate
and pay all rent or other charges due within ten (10) days
after being given notice that the Lease has been prepared.
